"Dreaming of Hockney's California"

Yeah! Now the work is all finished for my show in California. I can now celebrate my first solo exhibition with Dezart One Gallery in Palm Springs. The exhibition titled "Contemporary | Allegory: New Paintings by Michael Pfleghaar " will open April 2, 2005 with a reception from 5-8pm in the evening, and the show will continue through May 15th. For all who cannot attend my solo show debut exhibition in California, I invite you to a private viewing of this new collection before it ships out to Palm Springs. You bring the beer (BYOB) and I will supply the art (and some munchies, too).

One Night Only.

Tanglefoot Studio will be open for this special event on Saturday, March 12, from 7-10pm, at 314 Straight St SW. Grand Rapids, MI. The new paintings on canvas will be on shown one night only. In addition to the California collection will be many new personal works on board and paper. While many paintings are a part of this new body of work, the paintings selected by the gallery for the "Contemporary | Allegory" exhibit will only be available for sale through Dezart One Gallery. Please feel free to bring friends, as this private event is being offered to collectors and friends and will not publicly be advertised.
