Blue Wall Featured Artist at the Nines

We are featuring a new artist on our Big Blue Wall every few weeks all Summer Long. Next up in this new series is a collection of stunning and stylish still life compositions by West Michigan virtuoso, Michael Pfleghaar. Pfleghaar’s style is both expressive and exaggerated, dealing with subjects ranging from still life, interiors, and landscapes — to figurative images. His interpretations of interior spaces, furniture, and objects often portray very human characteristics in their movement, shape, and postures. His work is extremely adept at creating “visual conversations,” and will add something interesting to say to any environment. As an artist who specialized in a variety of fine arts, we are also featuring a lovely series of hand crafted leaf-shaped terra cotta vases which Michael Pfleghaar has created to add a modernist interpretation to any room. Summer is a little better with some art mixed in, and this is particularly true of this upcoming Labor Day Weekend.
