MFA Residency #2 @AIB

Another amazing residency at the Art Institute of Boston has come to a close. Bonding with my other group two candidates from all over the country as we become like a tight knit family. I miss them all already.

The ten days were filled with amazing peer group, faculty, and visiting artist critiques, Critical Theory 2 class, an elective seminar about surface and touch with Hannah Barrett. Excited to work with my new mentor painter, Jill Eggers and advisor painter, Laurel Sparks this semester.

Other highlights were having a one on one critiques with painter Vincent Desiderio, designer, John Kramer, and new media artist Judith Barry as well as other MFA grads and faculty.
